Zombie Tower - ATD Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Zombie Tower - ATD app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application ensures that advertisements are easily closable by all users, including children, and there are no misleading mechanisms to prevent ad closure.

The Service Provider retains User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider becomes aware that they have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age, they will immediately delete this from their servers.
